Withdrawal Verification

Every withdrawal request is checked against your deposit history and account activity. We confirm the destination bank or payment app matches your registered account to prevent unauthorized transfers.

Data Retention

We keep your account data, deposit records, and game history for as long as your account is active, plus five years after closure, where local law permits, for audit and dispute resolution.

You can request permanent closure via your Account Settings or by contacting our support team. We'll verify your identity, process any remaining balance to your registered payment method, and delete your account data within 30 days where local law permits. Your game history is retained for dispute resolution.

ID verification is required before your first withdrawal. We ask for government-issued ID and address proof to comply with anti-fraud and regional gaming regulations. Deposits via DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS do not require separate proof; your payment app handles that verification.

If your withdrawal goes to an unregistered account or payment app, you must report it within 72 hours via live chat or email. We work with your bank or payment provider to reverse the transaction. Disputes filed after 72 hours are harder to recover and depend on your payment provider's policies.

We retain your active account data, bets, and withdrawals for as long as your account exists, then keep records for five years after closure for regulatory compliance. You can download your full data history anytime via the Data Export tool in Account Settings.

Chargebacks damage account security and are resolved by your bank and our payment processors. If you dispute a deposit, your account may be frozen pending investigation. Always contact us directly instead—we can often resolve payment issues faster and keep your account active.

You can limit non-essential cookies in your browser settings, but payment and security data sharing cannot be opted out where local law applies.
