Yes boys great to see yous back on youtube! Just a quickie with Queenvegas site. ive been playing there for over a year now many many streams along with probs over 100k Wagered just this year alone. This morning i got a message from queen vegas saying my account has been locked and my remaining balance deducted, bare in mind i had over £3000 on the site without any bonus cash, its because ive used a different email for one of their sister sites but the same card details ect (this isnt against any rule most secure sites say to use multiple emails passwords ect to avoid loosing everything if hacked ect. Honestly mate its taken me over 7days of atleast sitting on the livechat for 1hr+ a day thats when the live chat is open it seems to only be about 2hrs a day now the live chat is online for them to help me out and refund my cash, Unfortunately i wont be using Queenvegas or any other sister sites again. Im not saying its a bad site because they have finally sorted my cash but its the fact it took 7days + countless hours of phonecalls to try find out what i should and could do about the situation. Just be warned you two i know you gamble big amounts and for this too happen to another person would be an absolute joke. Im not bad mouthing queenvegas, please dont remove this just if i had seen someone post anything similar too this i would never of deposited £3000 of my hard earnt cash to the site…. Queenvegas DID SORT MY CASH OUT BUT IT TOOK 7DAYS (its still not in bank but had an confirmation email saying its processed (03/07/2018)
